This 2022-2023 school year, Sacred Heart will continue our Faith House program with our kindergarten through sixth grade students. Students will be randomly assigned to one of six Faith Houses that will become their group, or school family unit, for the remainder of their time at Sacred Heart. Faith Houses will be used for various school activities including a school-wide intentional disciples points contest, field day, and monthly House activities. Students in grades 3 through 6 will also participate in Faith Formation Fridays with their Faith House and mentors (faculty and staff assigned to their Faith House). One thing that we would like to have for each student is a Faith House t-shirt that will act as a spirit shirt for special House activities as well as a shirt to wear on Fridays. To alleviate the cost of a shirt for each student, we would like to offer sponsorships for each Faith House. Sponsors will have their logo or name placed on the Faith House’s shirt, and all sponsorship donations will go towards the printing of these shirts. Sponsors may choose two House preferences that they would like to sponsor.
We have estimated that the total cost of a House’s spirit shirts will be $500, so we are offering two types of donations: A full House sponsorship where your name or business logo will be solely placed on one House’s shirt or a half sponsorship where you will share a House sponsorship with another individual or business. Sponsors will most likely be listed on the back of the shirt.
